Vapo Techniek offers the possibility to choose the material for the ball valve to make it more suitable for the applied medium. Where standard materials no longer meet.

We can deliver a wide range of materials:
  • Body, ball and stem:
    • Carbon steel LF2,
    • Alloy steel,
    • Stainless steel: 304, 304L 316, 316L, 316Ti, CF8M, 904L, 254smo, 321, F44 etc. .
    • Duplex F51 and Superduplex F53, F55,
    • Nickel alloys: Inconel® 625, Inconel® 825, Incoloy®, Monel® 400, Monel® K500, Hasteloy®, Nickelvac® HC-276, Alloy 20 etc.
  • Seats and seals:
    • Fluorpolymers: PTFE, PTFE-RF 15%/25%, PTFE+graphite, PTFE+brass, PTFE+SS, TFM, PFA etc.
    • Other plastics: PP, PE, POM, PEEK etc,
    • Thermo-plastics combined with metal,
  • O-rings and Chevron seals:
    • Buna-N, EPDM, Viton® (FKM), Silicone, PTFE etc.
  • Stem extension, duo-control, tandems, mounting and bracketry:
    • Standard 304 and A2-70, other materials on request.
